We have been so busy over the summer with the kids home and doing art and craft shows all over. One thing we did different this year was we started doing our local farmers market a lot. This was so much fun. We made friends and ate great all season.
We just got home from Amish Acres where we won 3rd place for wearables for a crown I soldered that displayed all the fun things I make. It was a good feeling to get recognized for something you worked so hard on.
Now we are getting ready to head to Plymouth for the Blueberry Festival. That was one of our favorites last year. The kids loved it and there was lots to do.
I feel like the business is starting to pick up and I absolutely love all my clients. I'm in a couple new stores in town and around Indiana. Blue Monday, downtown Lafayette and owned by Mel who is a wonderful artist and enjoys all the things I do so I was very excited. I also put some things in the Mustard Seed in Dayton. So if your around check those places out. They are really cool.
Okay, off to try to find a receipe for yellow squash.
Until next time, take joy!
